My Story
HI, I'M EMMA OWEN, CLC, CSC
The long way home to myself.
I'm a spiritual life coach, energy healer, and the voice behind the Soulfully Unscripted podcast. I'm originally from the UK, and these days I call Los Angeles home.
Getting here wasn't a straight line. I moved my whole family from London to Bali to Los Angeles, following a pull I couldn't ignore. From the outside it looked glamorous. On the inside, it was the most disorienting experience of my life. Each move asked me to let go of another layer: the identity I'd built around where I was from, the community that held a certain version of me in place, and the story I'd been telling myself about who I was.
Somewhere in all that letting go, I found something I didn't expect. Not a new version of me, but the real one. The woman I'd been quietly setting aside for years to keep everyone else comfortable.
That's what I help other women do now: stop shrinking, come back to themselves, and live from the inside out.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Your wound can be your gift.
My work doesn't come from having it all figured out. It comes from walking through my own hardest seasons. So many of the women I work with arrive soul-exhausted, quietly ashamed of the very thing that is their medicine. Here's what I believe:
Your sensitivity is a frequency, not a flaw.
The depth of feeling, the way you see what others don't, the part of you that's "too much": these aren't problems to fix.
Your hardest seasons hold your greatest power.
Loss, heartbreak, grief, and upheaval often uncover the places where your energy is most alive.
You don't have to be finished to belong to yourself.
Self-love isn't a makeover. It's a slow, imperfect renovation: one honest choice, one small promise, one return at a time.
HOW I WORK
Practical coaching, guided by spirit.
I blend grounded life coaching with meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and Reiki energy healing. Whether we're together one to one, in a women's circle, or through one of my courses, the invitation is the same: to stop living on autopilot and come home to the energy that is unmistakably yours.
