Welcome. These terms apply when you use this website, sign up for free resources, or buy any course, programme or download from Emma Owen, The Authentic Energy Coach ("I", "me"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Coaching, not therapy

My work is life coaching and spiritual coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling with your mental or physical health, please contact your doctor or a qualified professional. If you're in crisis, call Samaritans on 116 123 (UK) or call or text 988 (US). You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing while using my content.

Your access to my content

When you buy or receive a course, download or free resource, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own growth. Please don't share your login, resell, copy or redistribute my materials, or use them to teach or coach others, without my written permission. All content on this site, including text, audio, images, workbooks and the Soulfully Unscripted and Unscripted names, belongs to me unless stated otherwise.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency of the offer you choose. Payments are processed securely by Kajabi and its payment partners.

Because my courses and downloads are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and I don't offer refunds once you've accessed your purchase. At checkout you'll be asked to agree to immediate access, which means the 14-day cancellation period (for UK and EU customers) no longer applies. If something has gone wrong, such as a technical problem with your access, please email me at Emma@theauthenticenergycoach.com and I'll make it right.

VIP and 1:1 coaching sessions

VIP purchases include one private 60-minute coaching session with me on Zoom. Sessions must be booked within 90 days of purchase and can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice; a session missed without notice can't be rebooked.

Sessions are focused entirely on you, your growth and your next chapter. They are not a place for personal questions about my family or private life. To protect the wellbeing of all my clients and myself, I reserve the right to decline or end a session that isn't a good fit, in which case I'll refund the coaching portion of your purchase. VIP places are limited each month.

Emails

If you sign up for a free resource, you'll also receive my emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Results

Everyone's journey is different. I can't guarantee specific results from my courses, coaching or free resources. Your outcomes depend on many things, including your own commitment and circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or my products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Links to other sites

My site may link to other websites, such as podcast platforms. I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
